Experts say, one can easily lose weight if he drinks 500 ml water regularly before 20 to 30 minutes of breakfast. Besides this, a little weight loss is possible by taking water before a heavy meal at lunch or dinner. Why does it happen? Water helps to maintain the moisture of the body. Our body accept less calories if we drink water before meal. Taking advice from the experts, the popular Indian lifestyle website Boldsky has written how water helps to lose weight.   

Water reduces hunger. How does it do it? When you take water before 25 to 30 minutes before meal, especially before a heavy meal, the amount of your food intake decreases. As a result, our body takes less calorie.
If you want to lose weight, your second target is to avoid calorie-rich foods. Avoid soft drinks and soda. 

Instead of these, drink a lot of water. In addition, give up coffee and those drinks that contain sugar.
Drink water before and after exercise. Your body moisture is maintained by it. It is beneficial to health.
