The easiest way of increasing the power of brain is doing one task at a time, not two tasks. Multiple tasks at a time decreases fertility of brain. Multitalking has no benefits, it is bad for brain, it causes brain damage. There are many articles on the web and many videos on Youtube on multitasking.
