What do you know about Social Media Anxiety Disorder(SMAD)? Are you suffering from it? When you go to bed at night and think about the day you past posting photos, comments, likes etc. on social media like facebook, twitter, instagram etc.and when you become anxious of the posts thinking whether the posts were right or wrong, you are suffering from Social Media Anxiety Disorder maybe.

We live in the present world which is divided into two parts - Virtual and Real. Now we seek worldwide popularity all the time. We want that everybody would like us and everybody would appreciate us. When we judge ourselves and live in virtual world leaving real world, we suffer from many disorders like Social Media Anxiety Disorder. The remedy is in our hand.
